The Army Polo and Riding Club provides excellent facilities to its members for riding and other equine sports.

How to apply

There are three categories under which membership is available:

  • Army membership- only for serving Army personnel.
  • Associate membership- for retired personnel belonging to the Defence Services and serving officers of the Indian Navy and Air Force. Civilian members who have completed the prescribed term of five years may apply under this category.
  • Temporary Civilian membership.

Eligibility

  • Recommendation by an Army/Associate member of the club is compulsory.
  • All civilian Applicants are required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate along with membership form.

Monthly subscription mentioned above entitles the member and his/her spouse or one child only. Any additional dependent member using the APRC facility will be charged a sum of Rs 30/- per month per dependant extra.

Stabling charges for private horse in the Club stables – Rs. 7,500/- per horse per month.

Above charges are subject to change without any prior notice.

 * Only for Members who do not keep their horses in the Club Stables.
