Over the years, Delhi has emerged as the leading Riding Centre of the country and the Army Polo and Riding Club as the leading Riding Club. The club has some excellent wooded trails for daily riding. For advance-riders, there are Show Jumping, Eventing and Dressage courses.

Depending on their competence, members are permitted to ride along the numerous trails or within a fenced riding area. Special classes are held on a regular basis. Riding events covering Dressage, Show Jumping, Eventing and Tent Pegging are held on a seasonal/annual basis.

Dress Regulation: For riding appropriate dress and head gear are required.
